Connection Trouble

Error Message: "Connection Trouble !! Unable to connect to server, please try after some time."

Steps:

Make sure your internet connection is working

Make sure you have mobile data access switched on for RunMyOffice. On iPhones go to Settings -> Apps -> RunMyOffice. The mobile data should be switched on.  

Make sure your RunMyOffice is upgraded to latest version. On iPhones go to App Store -> RunMyOffice. Upgrade to latest version if not already upgraded. We continuously upgrade the app to bring in new features and fix problems reported.

Did Not Get A One Time Password

One Time Password or a verification code is sent at the time of registration or password reset. Currently the SMS goes only to India numbers. However, the OTP is also sent to your email address. Please pick from there.
